Return and Exchange Policy

At Lazzy Buyer, We offer a size exchange/broken product exchange policy only, no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right or the product is broken, you can raise a size exchange/broken product exchange request by emailing us at support@lazzybuyer.shop within 48 hours of successful delivery.

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@lazzybuyer.shop.
  2. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size and Broken Product Exchange

If the item does not fit you correctly or arrives broken, you can request a size exchange or a broken product exchange by emailing us at support@lazzybuyer.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for different products or colors.

Conditions for Exchange

  • One Exchange Per Order: Each order is eligible for one exchange.
  • Self-Shipment: Customers must self-ship the parcel within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Quality Check: Upon receiving your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Size Unavailability: If the required size is unavailable, a credit voucher will be issued for future purchases within 12 months.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Free Size Items: Not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If a product is damaged or defective, share unboxing pictures or videos with our team within 24 hours of delivery. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Specific Categories: Swimwear, bodysuits, loungewear, and lingerie are not eligible for exchange or returns due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Responsibilities

  • Customer Responsibility: Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Items not received by Lazzy Buyer will be treated as not returned.
  • Poor Packaging: Items sent in poor packaging, such as taping directly over the item, will not be accepted.

Non-Faulty Reasons

The following are not considered faulty:

  • Slight Color Variations: Slight differences from product photos.
  • Design Variations: Minor differences in print or lace patterns.
  • Size Variations: Minor size differences within ± 3cm.
  • Minor Imperfections: Loose threads, crease marks, etc.
  • Self-Inflicted Damage: Damage while trying on the item.
  • Customer Preferences: Opinions on product quality or preference.
  • Dislike of Product: Not liking the product.
  • Size Unavailability: Size unavailable at the time of order placement.
